Return & Refund Policy
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
